Value. Membership can be cancelled at any time. Membership must be cancelled 5 days before

What is the refund policy for the LIfe is Mental products?
We fully expect that you will be totally satisfied with the Life is Mental: Think Thin to Live Thin
book and program. If you not satisfied with the Life is Mental training, return the book within 30
days of purchase for a refund of the $19.95 purchase price of the book. CDs are non-returnable
or refundable. Process and handling fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs are
non-refundable.

How do I return the Life is Mental: Think Thin to Live Thin book?
Return the book to: Life is Mental, 10223 Broadway, Ste. P327, Pearland, TX 7754. Choose the
shipping method that allows you to track your package. Life is Mental will not refund the
purchase price for books that do not arrive in our office within 30 days of initial purchase.
Refunds will be credited to the charge account within 3 business days of reciept of book.

loss. The book is structured as an 8 week training. The book is a soft cover with 153 pages.

**Life is Mental: Think Thin to Live Thin Guided Visualization CD offers four tracks. The first
track is an education track teaching you how to use the CD. The second track is Kelly guiding
you through a visualization for weight loss. The third track is a short version of Kelly guiding you
through a visualizaiton for weight loss. The fourth track is a guided visualization for a quick modd

**Life is Mental Habitband is a sturdy black silicone wristband used for the Life is Mental
